		<description>I doubt Commissioner&#039;s Court would approve paying the fine.  HOWEVER, the Election Code provides that Chuck can pay attorney&#039;s fees for both civil and criminal actions out of his no-longer-to-be-used campaign fund.  I wonder if he could pay the fine out of it, too?</description>
