Thank you Houston! The Absolutely Craven Defense Lawyers Association is comprised of old line lawyers and their lackeys with a few down and dirty defense lawyers who are of course disgusted by the lack of response. You see the problem is I showed up and announced myself as the best lawyer ever and have done everything I can to prove it. It is like when OJ was in junior college before he transferred to USC he met Jim Brown and told him that his records were not that impressive and that he was going to beat all of them which he did, I demonstrate the same swagger. THAT IS WHAT GOT ME!! MY GESTURE WAS MY COMMENT ON A PROSECUTOR THAT WOULD PUT ON THE RECORD THE FACT I WAS WHISPERING IN MY CLIENT'S EAR! Whoopsy! But just so no one thinks I am just a fool since I have repeatedly opened my mouth and removed any doubt of that, in 2008 I have tried 10 cases. 7-3 record, 2 felony DWI acquittals, 1 DWI breath test acquittal (.105), 3 DWI refusal acquitals, 1 assault acquittal, and 2 refusal guilty verdicts (same result on punishment if they had pled with a combined put foot down 13 times on 1 leg stand) and an assault family violence where my client attacked his 60 year old uncle and refused to take my advice to take 1 yr deferred no finding. What month are we in April. Right. My goal is 20 acquittals. My buddy Ben Blackburn says "Would anyone give a shit if Reposa was losing all of these cases?"

That prosecutor sounds like a serious anal retentive jerk. Why put something on the record about the lawyer whispering in the client's ear? That's just stupid and petty. What sort of appellate record do they think they are protecting anyway?

Maybe we should print up some T-shirts that say "Free Adam Reposa," sell them and donate the proceeds to his legal defense fund.

You go Mark.
