Responding to Jay. http://freedomradio.us/Joomla/

I used to listen to this guy's radio show just because it was so wacked out. He used to discuss his theory of the UCC and BAR.

I work for the Federal BOP with a forensic psychologist and we see 5 or 6 guys a year who are sent for Competency evaluations because they bring up the UCC as a defense and the court thinks they are nuts. No one else I have spoken to has witnessed someone attempting this defense, and this is the only site I have found online which references it as an attempted defense strategy. Does anyone have more information on just what these guys believe the law is?

That last statement about lawyers' inability to agree on lunch reminded me of this classic court order granting the Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Acceptance of Lunch Invitation.

The trick is to get your friends to link to you using the phrase "Houston criminal defense lawyer" as the link text. Like I just did there, but on their own blogs.

Well, if you want to spoof Google, use text the same color as your background. That way you could have 50 mentions of "Houston criminal defense attorney" and no one would no differently (unless they highlighted the text of course)

You could also use the HTML comment tag.

No wonder they made me learn all of those decisions from the King's Court in my 1L Property Class. My professor was merely starting the indoctrination.
