In later years he developed a real drinking problem and that the root of his problems. Obviously, no excuse should be have done it. His prior complaints were dismissed when he submitted himself to rehab. Doesn't make him a very good candidate for Lykos PTD program. Wonder who released the video. Some of the beratings he gave these citizens, whose only mistake was to show up for jury duty and give an answer he didn't like, were absolutely humiliating. On more than one occasion I felt compelled to intervene! He was unbelievably rude and insensitive to prospective jurors as well, which is inexplicable except for the fact that he was not elected at the time and so presumably didn’t care what anyone thought.
