This Q. might sound silly but I&#039;ll ask anyway. Regarding the part where it reads ( - That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive  -) could that include any &amp; all D. A&#039;s. offices that have a (history or repeated injuries - ) by that I mean when they (ADA&#039;s) can be shown to have blatantly, knowingly &amp; willingly worked w/ police to take charges out and seek convictions of the innocent for dacades using juries, judges &amp; nolo contendere trickery?  I guess someone will answer w/ yes and say that&#039;s what just happened in Harris County &amp; Dallas County.</description>
