Regarding the part where it reads ( - That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive -) could that include any & all D. A's. offices that have a (history or repeated injuries - ) by that I mean when they (ADA's) can be shown to have blatantly, knowingly & willingly worked w/ police to take charges out and seek convictions of the innocent for dacades using juries, judges & nolo contendere trickery?
