Some one once said to me " If they claim to be an expert, they usually are nothing more than a spurt". I guess if I worked it right I to could pass the Bar by using goggle who needs law schools?

I am amazed that the disbarment of the well-known marketer you linked to is not more widely known, given all the well-justified acrimony of certain well-known blawgers towards certain well-known legal marketers. That's the first I'd heard of it.

I admit that I talked to such a marketer (maybe even the one in question) when I was thinking of starting up my own blawg. Fortunately, I instead bartered legal services for web design with a client, and decided I wanted to blog for my own purposes and not for profit (although a high Google rank couldn't hurt . . . most of the time).

Who knows, maybe my scofflaw attitude will get me disbarred someday, but I know it won't be because I ripped off clients or told them I was an expert when I wasn't. Bankruptcy before dishonor.
