That's the first I'd heard of it. I admit that I talked to such a marketer (maybe even the one in question) when I was thinking of starting up my own blawg. Fortunately, I instead bartered legal services for web design with a client, and decided I wanted to blog for my own purposes and not for profit (although a high Google rank couldn't hurt . . . most of the time). Who knows, maybe my scofflaw attitude will get me disbarred someday, but I know it won't be because I ripped off clients or told them I was an expert when I wasn't. Bankruptcy before dishonor.
