Note to Lawyers / Attorneys, 1.01(b) (1), 1.03(b), & 2.01 – if followed to the ‘T’ by themselves would be equivalent to doing your job. How hard is it, to actually do what you say you’ll do in ‘Consultation’? How easy would it be to set up two cameras in your office to record ‘Consultations’, one copy to the Client & one for the safe? You can use the footage to critique yourself and / or staff – (excessive scrotum scratching, nose picking and burping? Yuk.)

Benefit of the doubt given & Taketh away – Real Lawyers don’t play word games in Consultation and they don’t stroke your sensitive parts or rub your temples. You are there to represent a business based on Law (not to include any & all areas of law or medicine that you are not qualified in) and that’s it folks. Double billing, fake billing or unreasonable padded billing is a crime (even if you blame it on the staff) – Theft, Fraud, Malpractice, etc… *Bad Bennett should’ve been indicted not chastised by a commission of his peers.
