From Brian Rogers of the Houston Chronicle, Prospective juror in pot trial caught smoking marijuana (during a break, she stepped outside the building to smoke some weed, and got arrested).

This really gave me a good laugh this morning. Talk about a great prospective juror.
At first I thought it might be some kind of publicity stunt by NORML, but then I remembered, that would actually require, like, PLANNING, dude.
I guess this what they had in mind when they refer to high crimes and misdemeanors.
The only REAL question, is if the State had to burn a strike on her… Doesn’t sound like cause to me!
