In Sweden,
Police are using surveillance cameras and CCTV footage to catch men who visit prostitutes and pay – or seek to pay for – sex.
Within weeks of such a visit a letter is sent to the “torsk” – Swedish slang for a male sex customer. If he does not admit to the crime he is taken to court.

I couldn’t find the ones where Dallas is turning half of their cameras off because they’re no longer generating enough revenue to run the cameras, or the one where crime continues to fall i the UK despite the fact that they can hire only enough people to staff about half of their cameras…
