    Wow! What a complete idiot. When I read the title, I thought it was in the context of imitating a fact before the jury, I didn’t know it was actually to a judge. Very inappropriate.

    Its a gender problem. A male judge might not have been so offended. Apparently Charlie wasn’t. I know. I know. Carry the PR bond in your pocket.

    As an Austinite, I can tell you the most amazing thing about this story is the judge involved. Judge Breland is probably the most easy-going, non-vindictive judge in the courthouse. I imagine Reposa must have been pushing her buttons for months to get a trip to the crossbar hotel.

    There’s more to this story, but you’ll have to wait to read it in the TBJ.
