I have no independent recollection of having read anything that Mr. Kelly filed.

    Nice TV spot. I liked the beard a little more than the stache.

    Did your blog contribute to your TV appearance? I received a TV inquiry this week only because of IWTS.

    I think your comments on the tube were fair.

    It appears that Chuck is using the “dumbass defense.” Gee, Judge, I’m so computer illiterate I don’t even know how to type.

    Maybe you should try that one at your next trial.

    Ahh, the “stupidity” defense! Reminiscent of ol’ Ollie North during the congressional Iran Contra hearings..
    ” I do not recall”, ” I was not aware”, “I do not understand the charge”, ” I was not told specifically to not do that”….
