In the wake of Padilla v. Kentucky, the DOJ’s Office of Immigration Litigation has prepared a monograph on immigration consequences of criminal convictions. Download it here.

    So the brief monograph is a mere 92 pages. Couldn’t they come up with a wallet card that says, “you’re screwed”?

    This looks like it will be helpful, though I’m a little suspicious because OIL is evil.
