If Alan Keyes can move to Illinois from Maryland just to run for senate, can I move to Illinois from Texas just to vote against him?

Good one! Last week NPR interviewed Keyes. They brought up that he (Keyes) assailed Hillary Clinton for moving to New York, and asked him to show how his situation differs. “I was responding to the will of the people,” was his response, or some similar nonsense. It was entertaining to watch him squirm.
