I’ll be cohosting Reasonable Doubt tonight with Houston criminal-defense lawyer T.B. “Todd” Dupont. Our guest will be top Houston criminal lawyer Vivian King. We’ll be streaming from 8pm CDT on HMSTV.org. Tune in and call in.

Next week’s guest will be Richard “Racehorse” Haynes (Thursday, March 19, 2009).

The following week (March 26) First Assistant District Attorney Jim Leitner will be HCCLA’s guest on the show.

I’ve ripped last week’s episode. I’ll get it up on Google Video in a little while.

    Hi Mark,

Thanks for the tip — it was an excellent show, and I was pleased to have the opportunity to call in.

With regard to the question of how to preserve judicial error in jury selection for the purposes of appeal, I’m prepared to research the question as an intellectual exercise. If I find anything, you’re free to use it in your practice. Even though I live and work in New York, I’ll do my best to tailor it to Texas, and to the 5th Circuit. Let me know if you’re interested — you know how to reach me.

On an unrelated note, do you know of any similar shows that can be streamed live or downloaded? Shows that cover New York State or the 2nd Circuit in particular would be great, but I’ll take what I can get.

    Thanks!

I’ve looked it up before, so I’ve got the answer here somewhere. It’s just one of those abstruse topics that I would have to look at the caselaw again to recall.

I don’t know of any similar shows, but there are about 7 episodes of Reasonable Doubt on Google Video.
